Feather Agate is a rare and unusual gemstone found in Sumatra. The beautiful and unusual feather pattern is due to the preservation of the hard remnants of the skeletons of discocyclina fossils.
 
Feather agate is believed to possess metaphysical properties that promote emotional balance, peace, harmony, and protection, often associated with courage, self-love, and the ability to overcome negative thoughts, particularly relating to past traumas; it is considered a grounding stone that can help with spiritual growth and connection to the higher self.
